Are there any calculators that are both a scientific calculator and a graphing calculator?

For my honors Chem class, I need a scientific calculator and for my honors algebra II class, I need a graphing calculator. I've been told the ti-84 has the ability to be both. Is that true? Please post a link to where I may buy one.
