Well he definitely wants your attention. You should call him out on it, in private. Tell him he's creeping you out, or however you're feeling. Maybe he regrets breaking up with you? Either way, it's gonna be weird until you address it. If you care or still like him, ask him. If you don't, you can ignore him.
