Rude hispanic children?

Hi, I live in Boston, MA and I am curious to ask Hispanic parents a question. I am not being racist, but... Well, I just wonder, why some of these kids are so rude? I was walking towards the ATM and a group of hispanic kids said " That b**** has NO A** " ... are they not afraid just b/c I am an Asian? Do they look down on Asians? Now, these kids are in Middle/High school. I am in my 3rd year of college and have diverse of friends and they tell me some of their parents teach them to not like Asians, (obviously not ALL) i just want to hear from one. Are they not afraid they will get a beat down one day? lol
